【記者林獻元台中報導】台中市政府水利局今年成功爭取汙水下水道建設經費約17億元，持續推動原市區、豐原、太平及大里等區汙水接管建設，但汙水下水道接管工程分數個階段，路面常需來回開挖重鋪，引起民眾質疑，對此，自今年3月起新增鋪面噴漆字樣提供相關工程資訊，並預告路面刨除重鋪期程，免除民眾誤解，也讓工程資訊更公開透明。
水利局表示，汙水用戶接管工程分為3階段，第1階段先在主要道路埋下幹管，第2階段於次要道路埋設分支管，第3階段將汙水下水道接到住家用戶的管線上，各階段皆需先確認管線通水順暢才可進行下一步，而各階段確認期間皆會提供臨時鋪面供大眾通行，待整體接管工程完成後，最後才將施工區域進行整體路面刨除重鋪。
水利局進一步表示，台中市目前汙水下水道累計接管用戶突破20萬戶，為提供民眾汙水用戶接管完成路面封層期程，自今年3月起將於各汙水接管工程施工路段，以噴漆字樣加註臨時鋪面及預計刨鋪日期等資訊，除可供民眾有效辨識施工資訊，也可督促施工單位加強臨時鋪面自主品管，該局也會定期抽查道路臨時性修復路面品質，民眾如有任何汙水工程問題，可撥打台中市政府水利局汙水工程科04-22289111分機53800，或汙水設施科分機53650詢問。
